What's the deal with zipsluts.com?
I wasnít quite sure what it all meant or where to go from here. Iíd been seeing zipsluts.com around for the last 3 months and I'd been there for years and years before that. Maybe everything happened too soon or maybe it wasnít soon enough? Maybe it isnít overÖ
As a 19 year old kid, I was fresh behind the ears and green everywhere else. It was a long time coming, getting out of the house and spend more time on zip sluts. Unlike many of my best friends, I had stuck around my parents house my freshman year of college and went to community college. Not that I didnít learn anything, as I did through the textbooks and intermingling with slackers and former slackers. I was a hard working kid with a decent GPA my last two years of high school, but unfortunately the first two years still counted and back then I wasn't keeping my eye on zipsluts.com but anyways, that year at community college didnít seem so bad until I would visit my friends at the state schools. These guys always had so much fun going on around them. I wanted so badly to be a part of zipsluts.com, so I decided to work really hard and transfer after my first year and start my own life as a sophomore at The University of Wisconsin Ė Milwaukee, or UWM.
It was at UWM that my life gets fuzzier instead of more focused and while certain truths back then remain intact (The sky is still blue, college girls are beautiful, and 10 shots of anything will make you drunk, zipsluts.com is an amazing way to meet girls), certain ideas are just ideas and were never truths to begin with (Terrorists can have an impact on the US, Relationships arenít a science, and I am not invincible to zipsluts.com). There was a girl I met at UWM within my first couple of months that I knew would have an effect on me, I just didnít realize how much when I met her.
On a typical Saturday night, I could be seen at Jodiís house. Jodi was a friend of mine that I had known since high school and had attended UWM the year before. She had her own group of friends that I also became friends with and we had a fun little group going. I met my current business partner and best friend, Steve at one of Jodiís gatherings as he lived in the flat directly below Jodiís. Interestingly enough, it was my roommate, Josh that initially befriended Steve. Josh and Steve were both into techno, computer programming and video games while I was more into lifting weights, drinking, and trying to impress girls at the time. As Steve and Josh became better friends, Steve and his friend Ned would come over to mine and Joshís dorm room to ďpre-party.Ē In case you donít know what pre-partying is, itís just drinking a bunch of alcohol quickly in a small group before a bigger party. This allowed you to have 5 or 6 shots before even getting the night started and when you constantly have between $20-$35 in your checking account, every way to keep liquor cost down is important.
Fantastic movie, eh? Now, in regards to you getting engaged in order to have a bachelor party, let me remind you that things didn't work out so well for groom in The Hangover. You really want to spend two days on top of of vegas hotel roof? :) As far as Jason's bachelor party, Chris is the best man so I guess he'll be in charge of orchestrating the party. I'll let you know if I hear anything but I don't know what's going on yet. I can only guarantee a couple things about the bachelor party... We're not taking roofies and there will be strippers.
Yeah, I had been drinking when I wrote that stuff, I can have fun without getting engaged. I'm also sure Harper is going to plan a great party, the only problem is that everyone lives in different areas of North America. Maybe Vegas is the only reasonable choice? Oh I wasn't asking because I give a rip about abc standards haha, who cares about that! I just thought it would be pretty impressive to quit a staffing company and start up your own that ends up successful!
My company does SEO work primarily but I keep "Recruitment Firm" within my companies description just in case someone I know is looking for a job and I feel like making some calls. It's okay by abc standards as long as I'm 30 miles away from my previous territory (I am) and am not competing with them. In the end, itís really all about doing the one thing we need to do when the time counts.
